“Gus was great from beginning to end. Our mother’s funeral was prearranged. Gus was very flexible and we even got a rebate for services we did not use.“
“Very helpful service was received to get us through a difficult time. The procedures for cremating loved ones has become complicated, but we received lots of help and support. Thank you !!!!“
“I rarely do reviews for places, but I just wanted to say how Sinai Memorial Chapel has been so wonderful to work with. I am in the funeral industry and have to rely on Sinai quite often. The response time is remarkable and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. The families are able to have a flawless experience thanks to Sinai and their team. Thank you!“
“They are compassionate and patient. Al Stanley, Funeral Director, knows the answer to every question. We were treated with the utmost kindness. Highly recommend.“
“My family and I highly recommend the thoughtful, kind and efficient services of Gary Brown, Caitlin and the rest of the staff at Spangler. They took care of our dad (and us) during a very fragile time and we will forever be grateful to them. Five stars, no notes!“
“Unfortunately I have had to use Jones Mortuary a number times for my family members, and each time they did an excellent job in helping me and family doing such a hurting in our life. Jones Thank For Your Help In My Time Of Grief“
“Aileene and the staff did a wonderful job during a very difficult time for our family. Our dad had bought a plot next to our mom decades ago and we had no paperwork to show for it. But it was absolutely no problem for the GOH team and the entire process was smooth, caring and professional. It doesn't hurt that the property is beautiful and very well maintained.“
“The expert made a prompt and polished arrival. He completed the safe lockout in 15 min. Nicely done!“
“Don't quite understand the hateful one-star reviews, but this is human nature, especially when in stages of grief and post-mourning and such. And when great amounts of money are involved in this sort of service, well that's when those who survive the deceased and are tasked with making arrangements can lash out, I suppose. My family are extended relatives and long-time friends with the family who held the service at Alta Mesa. So my account is simply a visitor's experience. Daytime funeral was in a nice, bright, well ventilated space. It didn't feel depressing or lugubrious or anything oppressive. The occasion was sombre but the ambience was not. Perhaps the audio visual stuff could have been improved during the memorial. The building itself, I was told, is relatively new construction, within the past two years or so. The restroom facility is good, and the lobby is welcoming. Parking was a breeze. A cheerful person took us around the very peaceful pleasant sunny grounds to the burial site via golf cart, and he was extremely helpful, accommodating and kind to us and Mama with her mobility issues. I really don't have any complaints about Alta Mesa Funeral Home and Memorial Park. My family's experience as visitors attending services and then burial was as smooth as one could expect.“
“Things are done in a timely, professional manner.
Anytime I had questions someone always responded quickly. Everyone is very empathetic and they did a great job!“
