Unfortunately I have had to use Jones Mortuary a number times for my family members, and each time they did an excellent job in helping me and family doing such a hurting in our life. Jones Thank For Your Help In My Time Of Grief
I ignored the negative reviews about Victoria because my family had a deeply personal connection to Jones Mortuary. The reviews were spot on. Decades ago, Charles Jones took exemplary care of my parents and sister when she passed away.The extra star is because everyone at Jones Mortuary was outstanding except for Victoria. Even though it was for my father and I wasn't the main contact she wouldn't give me information.Imagine my shock and sadness a few weeks later when I got a call out of the blue from Victoria telling me I needed to pick up some of my father's ashes ASAP without any notice. My mom passed Dec 2022, I contacted Jones Mortuary and what I can say about Jones Mortuary there beyond 5 stars. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Marsh Johnson he was very personal and professional during such a difficult time of the lost of our mother.I cannot thank Jones Mortuary staff enough for going the extra mile to make my mom's celebration of life a success and people are yet talking about how beautiful she look and everything was first class.Much success as you continue to grow and do the work that you do for the community.
