“Searching for a casket is not something ANYONE wants to do. Faced with the impossible task, we set out after not being comfortable with the prices and zero lack of selection at the funeral home. Picking something so personal from a photo in a binder did mot set well for my MIL. Bruce, who I found on Yelp responded immediately to my query for an appointment. He was patient, informative and willing to spend the time walking us through the process. His prices are super competitive , selection wide and he delivers on all his promises. While I hope to never have to patronize the Casket Outlet again I will recommend it highly to anyone who finds the need.“

“This review is long overdue. We used Lima and Campagna Mortuary to coordinate my uncle's funeral in December and were highly satisfied with their services. During that difficult time of mourning, they assisted us with details that were required in preparing for a funeral such as casket and flower selection, viewing, coordinations with the local church, police escort to cemetery, and burial; no details were forgotten. Uncle's funeral was unique in that he was a priest and hundreds, if not thousands of mourners from the Vietnamese-American community were anticipated to attend. “This place visually is one of the prettiest cemeteries I've ever been to, like the columbarium in Piedmont it's view don't even come close. It's true that the headstones and the grave sites in Piedmont are beautiful, ornate, and very detailed. Not many places could rival Piedmont in that area, I thought the same could be said for the views, guess not Gates of Heaven threw their hat in. It was so peaceful and immediately my anxiety was gone and I was left with calm contentment and a smile on my face. Everywhere u looked the view was amazing, the grounds were meticulously maintained, you could tell people took pride in their place of work. All the vegetation was green, growing, and happy and the same could be said for all the wild life. Just peaceful interactions between both and the animals added extra magic to it all as well.“

“Don't quite understand the hateful one-star reviews, but this is human nature, especially when in stages of grief and post-mourning and such. And when great amounts of money are involved in this sort of service, well that's when those who survive the deceased and are tasked with making arrangements can lash out, I suppose. My family are extended relatives and long-time friends with the family who held the service at Alta Mesa. So my account is simply a visitor's experience. Daytime funeral was in a nice, bright, well ventilated space. It didn't feel depressing or lugubrious or anything oppressive. The occasion was sombre but the ambience was not. Perhaps the audio visual stuff could have been improved during the memorial. The building itself, I was told, is relatively new construction, within the past two years or so. The restroom facility is good, and the lobby is welcoming. Parking was a breeze. A cheerful person took us around the very peaceful pleasant sunny grounds to the burial site via golf cart, and he was extremely helpful, accommodating and kind to us and Mama with her mobility issues. I really don't have any complaints about Alta Mesa Funeral Home and Memorial Park. My family's experience as visitors attending services and then burial was as smooth as one could expect.“
