“Jenny did makeup for my grandma, mom, mother in law, sister in law, and myself for my wedding and I have zero complaints. Everyone's makeup looked absolutely amazing. I've never felt more beautiful and it looked amazing in photos. When we did my trial I asked for a more glowy look since I had never done one before and it ended up not being for me. I gave her all my notes from the trial about what I liked and didn't like and on the wedding day she took those notes absolutely nailed it. “Nora is the best colorist hands down! I travelled 3 hours roundtrip, for six months to continue seeing her once I moved to Elk Grove. Her haircuts are always on point and she is one of the most sweetest and kindest people you will ever meet. I've stayed with her for over 6 years and I wish I could clone her so I wouldn't have to drive so far. My daughter (who is now 6) would always ask to go see Nora because that is how warm and welcoming she is. Don't let her age fool you, as her natural talent with scissors and coloring is outstanding. Her mentor, Amy, is also a master colorist and a thoughtful, client-centered business woman. She cares for her clients and always has snacks for everyone and offers high end haircare lines that I can't find anywhere else! Going from black hair to looking like a "natural" blond and every color in between, takes skilled hands and an eye for artistry. I can't say enough of how amazing the salon and Nora are. I would continue to drive 3 hours to see Nora if it weren't for the fact that I work full time and have two kiddos now doing sports on the weekends. Abhilasha (Abby as I fondly call her) is AMAZING! Abby did my looks (hair, makeup & draping) for all 4 events as well as for my husband. She made us feel confident, beautiful, and radiant with each look that half the stressors of the day leave you.

Abby started with an intro call to understand each other's styles, preferences, goals from what we would like. She also got a good idea of the skincare routine I was and was not doing. From that moment on I was taken care of. Abby provided a detailed lifestyle to promote healthy skin, products to use (based on what you had already) and water goals to meet. I can safely say I am still following this and will be.

Abby builds a relationship with you! For both of us she was our go to for looks, skin care, hair care and so much more. She checked in with us routinely leading up to the wedding and is a friend more than an artist. You want someone like that by your side especially if you are spending so much time, energy and effort. “I saw Ellie yesterday after lunch at Comelones Tacos. Her prices are 75 dollars for a haircut. She was prompt and was serving two people when I saw her. My appointment was at 12 noon and that is when I sat in her chair. The salon itself is very small with one chair for waiting clients. There were three stations and all three ladies including Ellie looked like true professionals. I didn't see any chatting or joking but complete attention to their clients except for Ellie who checked her cellphone several times and also talked on her cellphone while cutting my hair. Since I paid 90 (after a 15 dollar tip) for a 22 minute service, I felt a little cheated. Ellie washed my hair for five minutes from 12:00 to 12:05. At 12:22, I was outside getting into my car which meant that my haircut was 17 minutes. 90 dollars for a 17 minute haircut just doesn't feel right. My haircut was very basic, a few layers in the back and I didn't really see much layers framing my face which she promised. I would have liked a little more detailed framing. I will see how my hair grows out but I am unsure I will come back. Also, Ellie doesn't take credit cards so I had to pay her cash which she appreciated.“

“Im not the best at remembering to take care of my skin, but after visiting Maddie, getting a relaxing and moisturizing facial, and getting some skin care tips from her i feel rejuvenated. She was super welcoming and nice. Has very nice decor at her studio. Clean and relaxing. Was professional and handled with appropriate care when giving me a facial and lower back wax. I ended up having extra time and got a nose wax too. Ive heard nose waxes were sometimes painful but when Maddie did it i was surprised how well it worked and how un-painful it was. Well below my pain expectation. I was very pleased and will defiantly come back.
