Brows, facials, make-up application and instruction! I've done it all with Julie! I've been a client of Julie's for over ten years, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have her as a trusted resource and clinician. Julie is the only person I allow to work with my brows. She uses scissors and tweezers to expertly create a natural, youthful, groomed esthetic. There is no danger that you will leave with unnatural or skimpy brows.
