“I recently obtained the services of the Lions team to clean my HVAC and ducts after reviewing a few other companies. In my initially contact I found their administrators to be very helpful, informative, and were quick to check on questions they didn't know the answer too. Their prices are competitive to the other companies I called. After getting the details I arranged an inspection, and the team of Kevin and David offered great professional advice on how to go forward (as most of my ducts have fiberglass inside, and they were the ones to identify that and mention the concerns for cleaning). Eventually I hired them for the work. Even though my first appointment had to be rescheduled because of unforeseen issues. The tech and Lions team in general provided great communication and we quickly rescheduled. When they arrived at the new appointment time both techs were incredibly helpful, professional, clean (wearing booties in the house), and provided great service.
