“These guys did an amazing job. Water heater went out on Friday and Sunday morning they were there to replace it. I was not home at the time of install but my wife passed along that the felt like the tech was very professional, nice, and thorough. When my wife recapped all of the instructions to me I was amazed with the level of detail she received. I would also like to point out that the install was thoughtful, and well laid out. What we ended up with was much nicer than what we had before. One other mention, The tech needed to pull power for a new recirc. pump but I have woodworking tools & a young son so for safety I keep the garage breakers shutoff. The tech needed power and took the time to unplug my bigger machines before turning one of the breakers on. I thought this was a terrific solution and I appreciated the attention to detail. “Was hearing a strange humming/whining sound when turning on the kitchen faucet fully. Called Plumbing Pros and spoke with Steve who spent a good time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot the issue. When unable to determine what the problem was Steve was able to fit me in for an appointment with one of his technicians; Joe; later in the day. Joe showed up right on time and spent nearly two hours with us trying to determine where the sound was coming from. Although he was not able to locate the problem exactly; he did narrow it down to the pressure regulator which is outside in the front yard underground. We have an appointment with him next week to dig it out and replace it if all goes smoothly. Joe did replace a leaking hose bib while here and fully explained to my wife and I what he believed the problem was. Although not fully solved I am hoping it will be next week with the regulator replacement. Both Steve and Joe were wonderful to work with and I fully understand all of their 5 star rating here on yelp. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have. Reasonably priced and great guys.“

“Water heater died on Saturday the 24th of February. Had a competitor come out. Needless to say I won’t call them back. Called Signature Plumbing on Monday at 10:00 am. Was told they had an opening that evening. Plumber arrived 2 hrs early and knew exactly what the issue was. Replaced Gas Valve (which he had in his truck) and all is good. This was a warranty issue. We were charged what I consider to be reasonable fee for labor. Fixed in 40 minutes. Would definitely use Signature again.“
