George from Gilmore arrived when he said he would and provided good information about different options for replacing our heat pump. He was both professional and informative. We have decided to seek a few more bids from other highly rated companies because this will be a very large purchase, but we were happy with George's presentation, extensive knowledge of various systems, and friendly demeanor.
