I wanted to commend the owner of this business for going above and beyond. I live out of state on the east coast. At the time my elderly mother with dementia was living in Auburn with the help of an aide. Last March her water heater died and I was frantically making calls from EST trying to get it replaced. Not only did the owner of this business do so on short notice, he replaced my mom's water heater while he was still on the mend from an illness. The work, timeliness and price were all excellent. A big thank you to Pro Hot Water for doing my family a real solid.

Mark came to my rescue quickly when my hot water heater bit the dust. I had visions of waiting for a much longer time before getting a new one, but Pro Hot Water Service came through! I connected with Mark through the Navian Water Heater Manufacturer. He arrive soon after my call for help with ‘a no hot water’ problem. Our 25 year old home’s water heating system had be adapted and modified for solar hot water and is a hydronic system. Mark untangled a web of pipes, valves and tubes - simplified my system which had been operating incorrectly for a decade. He increased my water pressure and did a thorough service of my Navian.
