Water heater died on Saturday the 24th of February. Had a competitor come out. Needless to say I won’t call them back. Called Signature Plumbing on Monday at 10:00 am. Was told they had an opening that evening. Plumber arrived 2 hrs early and knew exactly what the issue was. Replaced Gas Valve (which he had in his truck) and all is good. This was a warranty issue. We were charged what I consider to be reasonable fee for labor. Fixed in 40 minutes. Would definitely use Signature again.

I called after hours and left a message yesterday. Before 8 am, I had a text to set up an appointment for the same day. Jay came, listened to what was going on and easily predicted the problem- hair in the drain. He quoted me for a simple decking, but then told me what other possibilities could be and what that could entail.He was professional, friendly and efficient. This is my second time using this company and will call them for any future issues.Service: Drain cleaning

I called after hours and left a message about my shower that isn't draining. I had tried the DIY remedies and nothing worked. They contacted me early the next morning and had someone at my house by 8:30. Jay listened to the problem and quickly predicted the issue. He quoted me and also talked through other possibilities of problems. He was right and quickly cleared my drain. He was friendly, profession and efficient - in and out in less than 30 minutes - including checking to make sure the problem was fixed and taking payment. This is the second time I called signature plumbing and will call them next time too!
