“DATE: 10/30/2025 SUBJECT: Customer Service Review Gilbert Abramyan, California Star Construction came to us through a referral from our son, Vincent Stewart, who had worked for this company doing some paint work. After contacting Gilbert, he immediately contacted my wife, who explained her need for a garage roof repair. After a brief discussion, Gilbert immediately, set up an appointment with a family member to meet him at the property in Compton CA to provide an assessment of the work to be done. After, receiving the assessment of damage, Gilbert provided an estimate of the cost to repair the Roof. He even offered to help with the financing of the Roof, including an cost estimate for the main house. After a several weeks, my wife contacted to begin the work. Gilbert gave my wife a date and time as to when he would be available to begin the work and promised that he and his staff would have the work completed in a day, including, cleanup and haul away. Just as he promised, Gilbert delivered, to included pictures and videos of the before and after to show all the work from beginning to the end of the project. “I did not have LMP do any work on my air conditioning, but after explaining what was going on with my unit, the lady answering the phone was so helpful and even suggested a couple of things that I might try to possibly fix the problem so that I wouldn't have to pay for a service charge. They (LMP) were unfortunately too busy to get out right away, but the lady was kind enough to refer me to another company (it was a great referral, and the problem was solved right away). I'm giving them 5 stars for their help and kindness.“
