Overall pleased with Prodigy plumbing. the techs are friendly and knowledgeable. One aspect that does need to be improved is the scheduling side of the business as I experienced one no show for an appointment made 1 month prior and after calling that morning to confirm. I was also informed that they did not offer HVAC service although I had paid for a maintenance plan. After 5 phone calls finally got to someone who was aware and the situation was remedied.

I have been using Prodigy plumbing services for various plumbing jobs around my house for 4 years now. So when they told me and showed me that several of my sewer lines were in need of replacement, I was glad that I had already had experience with the quality of their workmanship. I would especially like to note the quality of workmanship and professionalism of Carlos, Tyreece, and Alexis. These gentlemen are extremely hardworking and were very respectable and polite when they were in my home. Our tankless hot water heater suddenly stopped heating water. I called Prodigy Plumbing and Mark came right out and fixed it quickly. This is the kind of company I want to deal with.
