“Fantastic experience with this Apple certified electronics/repair shop. My 4 month old macbook pro's logic board short circuited and smelled burnt. I meant to take it to the apple store but accidentally made an appointment with this shop instead. I was pleasantly surprised with how much better the experience here was. The Apple stores (at least in LA) are crowded, overwhelming, and slow. But I trust them with my electronics. The thing is it always takes AT LEAST 1.5 week+ to get my electronics back since they have to ship out to their repair location. Pacific Premier Services gets parts shipped to them and they do everything in house so I got my laptop back in 48 HOURS (a day earlier than they'd originally estimated). I'm a happy camper. Service was awesome and the guy working there is very nice and humble. I was nervous at first, but I'm realizing I prefer supporting local small businesses like these that are so obviously great at what they do and very cut to the chase. Thanks again :)“

They determined that the 256 GB SSD drive was defective. They recovered all the programs and data on SSD Drive and copied onto a new 500 GB SSD drive. They installed the new SSD and the computer is working better than before the drive crashed.Great job. They kept me informed. They developed a better solution than recovering data.
