“I brought my gaming PC in for an issue that came up with my graphics card since it was giving me Windows error 43, and he worked fast! I thought I would have to leave it there for a day or two but he worked on it in less than two hours to resolve the issue. He did not charge me for diagnosing the problem and told me the cost of repair after he found the problem! In my case my graphics card wasn't showing up and I feared that it might have died since there was a power outage the day before but it was working fine for hours after so I couldn't be sure. I called him over the phone and he asked what was going on and tried to resolve it over the phone before I took it in. Turns out the issue was my graphics card and he tried pretty much everything to resolve it while prioritizing keeping my important data safe. I had to get my graphics card replaced but he offered multiple repair options he could try before I went the replacement route. I could tell that he puts in the time and effort for his customer base and would gladly trust him with my custom PC any day. Overall amazing service, very friendly and great guy! He speaks both English and Spanish so that's a plus! 5 Stars from me!“

“Fantastic experience with this Apple certified electronics/repair shop. My 4 month old macbook pro's logic board short circuited and smelled burnt. I meant to take it to the apple store but accidentally made an appointment with this shop instead. I was pleasantly surprised with how much better the experience here was. The Apple stores (at least in LA) are crowded, overwhelming, and slow. But I trust them with my electronics. The thing is it always takes AT LEAST 1.5 week+ to get my electronics back since they have to ship out to their repair location. Pacific Premier Services gets parts shipped to them and they do everything in house so I got my laptop back in 48 HOURS (a day earlier than they'd originally estimated). I'm a happy camper. Service was awesome and the guy working there is very nice and humble. I was nervous at first, but I'm realizing I prefer supporting local small businesses like these that are so obviously great at what they do and very cut to the chase. Thanks again :)“

“My Dell Desktop that I purchased at the end of Dec 2014, would not boot. There was some data that was not backed up. I took my computer to Instant Solution Technology to recover my lost data. They determined that the 256 GB SSD drive was defective. They recovered all the programs and data on SSD Drive and copied onto a new 500 GB SSD drive. They installed the new SSD and the computer is working better than before the drive crashed.Great job. They kept me informed. They developed a better solution than recovering data. All my programs work. I lost no data. I recommend Instant Solution Technology.“
