I have used White Flag on 2 different occasions. Paul was receptive to my needs, and patient with my questions, because I'm definitely not a computer guy. The work was fast, exact and I couldn't be happier to have him as my go to.

As someone whose main social outlet is online, when my computer started having problems turning on, I panicked. After searching online for repair places near me I decided on White Flag Computing based on several positive reviews. After a quick call he set up a time for me to drop it off and gave me a very fair price to diagnose the problem. Within a couple hours I was given an explanation on the issue, a broken CPU fan causing the system to force power off. He assured me he could fix the computer by replacing the faulty part, which he did quickly with a part he had in stock! Fantastic experience with this company. I contacted them after I was having some difficulty with my computer. Company responded immediately. Dropped off my computer at their office and they fixed it within a couple hours, even repaired a part I damaged, saving me about $200. 10/10 experience and service. I'll be going back.
