My Dell Desktop that I purchased at the end of Dec 2014, would not boot. There was some data that was not backed up. I took my computer to Instant Solution Technology to recover my lost data. They determined that the 256 GB SSD drive was defective. They recovered all the programs and data on SSD Drive and copied onto a new 500 GB SSD drive. They installed the new SSD and the computer is working better than before the drive crashed.Great job. They kept me informed. They developed a better solution than recovering data. All my programs work. I lost no data. I recommend Instant Solution Technology.

Our Server needed troubleshooting, IST engineer solved the problems thoroughly , we liked the job, we asked them to install a new rack server and routers in a different location. I am really happy for the work that is been done in both locations.Thank you IST.

The folks at IST are absolute rock stars! Honestly I couldn't recommend them more. I work from home and rely on my workstation for not just personal but for business. My rig went down and I needed a fast turnaround with high-end hardware upgrades. IST not only rose to the occasion, but knocked it out of the park.
