“I called Craig because we had a leak under the bathroom sink and there was a very nasty smell coming from the sink every time we wash our hands. He came to give us an estimate within 30 minutes of initial contact. Once here, I also asked him to take a look at the corroded pipes under our kitchen sink. Our house is 103 years old so we don't even know when those pipes were installed, but they were in very bad shape. Craig gave me an estimate to replace the plumbing under both sinks and we set a date and time to do the job. He not only arrived early to the appointment, but was kind enough to show me what materials he would be using to complete the job. He and his partner finished the job in approximatley 1 hour and left everythin clean and in working condition. It's been 3 days and the smell is gone and there are no more leaks! “I had Armando replace my broken water heater back in January 2023, he offered the best warranty for the unit and labor compared to the competition. Last week, 13 months after the new unit was installed, the water heater broke down unexpected. Probably a defective unit, but a well known brand. Armando went above and beyond to complete the job on the scheduled date even through it was getting late. He honored all the terms of the warranty and was onsite to replace the unit the next business day. Amazing customer service! Thank you!!!!“
