“Former SoCal Airflow customer here - Eddie did the first maintenance service since the acquisition and found a couple of issues with our new system installed less than 2 years ago.
1. There was no damper system installed so that we can adjust the airflow to each room. This was a big selling point at the time of the sale but appears it was never installed.
2. One of the main ducts was not properly sealed at the time of installation, it's leaking and could become disconnected.
