“I have been a patient of Dr. Melinda Wells for years and every appointment is like a homecoming. Dr. Wells and her entire staff are top notch in every way. Exams for eyeglasses and contacts are thorough, and I always walk out feeling great about the process. Special shout out to Gina for always having a smile and happy disposition, and to Danny, Mr. Fixit Extraordinaire with frames! Sadly I moved out of state and have a new OD, he's good, but he's not Dr. Wells. Thank you for years of great eye care!“

“Update - Aug 2024. The staff are still amazing but I have had to change optometrists because they no longer carry Chrome Hearts and other high end brands due to the change in ownership. I am really going to miss everyone there.“

My kids are all ready for their upcoming school year they fitted my oldest child in myopia management to maintain her vision from worsening due to intense school studies. My youngest doesn't need glasses but he was able to find some great Oakley sunglasses for baseball . Looking forward to my upcoming in few weeks.“

“We've been going to see Dr. Tsai for 2 years for Myopia Care, specifically Ortho K, for my now 14yr and 12yr olds. The staff is always very friendly. The location is clean and inviting, and their waiting area is great for entertaining little ones. Very very rarely have we had to wait long for our appointments. Dr. Tsai is patient and attentive when actually seeing us. I appreciate that she very knowledgeable and answers all our questions thoroughly. Booth decided to move out of state and sell their practice, we were so disappointed since they were the most caring eye doctors in the world. We decided to stay with the practice and met Dr. Hoang last summer. “Positive: Optometrist is efficient and business-like in her approach and communicates her findings during the entire exam. Negative: While our dual insurance coverage has for many years resulted in lower out-of-pocket costs, we were informed that these discounts could not be applied. It took a phone call on our part to verify that we are, in fact, entitled to these non-trivial discounts. On a positive note, Pearle issued a refund on the same day as our visit even though it was then after their normal closing hours.“

“They were amazing! The receptionist and two opticians were awesome. They were very nice, excellent expertise, and super helpful with finding and selecting products. They replaced my newer lenses into my older frames so I could function and cleaned the what had accumulated between the legs and frame. I have had trouble finding what would work for me before. They had a great selection of eyewear and did an excellent job of picking out several frames that would work for me. They discounted the designer Zeis lenses to better than what I had been quoted and also discounted the frames I wanted which they helped me find And they gave me free eyeglass cleaning wipes and spray to help me keep my lenses clean and not scratched. Fantastic service all around. They were answers to several prayers. Five stars plus Gwen S MD“

“ces that have the most complete line of truly quality frames. Not frames with brands purchased by China years ago. Actual frames made by artists and companies that are inventive. Some places are very much based on the lens and their ability to provide a high-quality lens made exactly as as necessary and positioned in a frame to make the best use of that lens. Your optics offers all these things. They have an amazing talent for shopping beautiful frames, providing them to you, and putting a lot of energy into what you care about and how you want to appear. they have decades of experience at fitting. And they make amazing lenses. I have bought the most expensive top quality progressive lenses for decades the product they make is amazing. This is the most professional eyewear location I could find. Despite all the money I have spent buying the best glasses that could be bought and being pretty happy with those, they were able to make me the best pair I've ever had for a little less money than I had been spending. Not cheap but not overpriced. The par I ended up getting were JF Rey. I don't want to say much about where I used to go which is a big company that buys out everyone else, has a McDonald's type eye exam and lens order process and tries to undermine the industry by taking over source materials around the world.“

“I love people optical! I first went in there last month to get an eye exam and new glasses but had to go back today because they got run over by a car :(. I was super sad, but also worried that I would have to pay a lot and wait a while to get new ones. But just as they were the first time, everyone there was so helpful and kind. Scott helped me out this time and was able to fix them at no extra cost within a matter of 15/20 minutes! He was able to reuse my lenses (which had completely popped out when my glasses were crushed), and provide me with a new, but same, frame. 10/10, Scott quite literally made my whole day and I left their store a happier person. “Mary is a friendly and informative Optometrist. I took a plethora of test and she took the time to explain all the test results and use models to help visualize her explanations. Another quality I really appreciate about her is she's thorough and explains things well, but also efficient with getting through the tests and stuff, she has other patients to see and I have places and responsibilities to attend to so I like how she can move the process along. She'll be my optometrist for life. One thing however is her front office is hit or miss, we didn't buy glasses there because of one employee in particular, so just keep that in mind.“

I’ve always had great experiences with my annual vision check as he has always been throughly with his exams and explained everything to me in a clear concise manner. However, I had a recent eye trauma that resulted in vision impairment. First, his office staff went above and beyond to fit me in his schedule in a quick time. Once, I was in the appointment he referred me over to a retina ophthalmologist. He called the ophthalmologist office and i had an appointment with them before I ever left his office. He continued to go above and beyond and after receiving the report called to check on my vision and to see how I was feeling. His office staff is professional and friendly. Dr Onishi genuinely cares for his patients and combined with his outstanding quality of care. I would highly recommend him and his office!“
