They didn't promise they could get my new glasses in time. However late Thursday afternoon they called me and said they were in. That's what I call Rolls Royce customer service. I have to say that I'm so happy to be back in her care. She knows my history, cares, explains elements of care very well and is truly concerned about her patients well-being.
