I give this clinic my highest recommendation. The staff here is incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist me, even with unexpected requests.What impressed me the most was their willingness to fix two pairs of glasses that I had purchased elsewhere. Not only did they take the time to repair them, but they also did it without charging me a dime. The clinicians are highly knowledgeable and thorough in their examinations, ensuring my eye health was properly addressed. They called me for rescheduling my appointment for the second time, because of absence of their optometrist. The guy woh called me was so impatient, and aggressive and pushed me to answer about the availability of time. When I said that why 20/20 changes my time every week, he didn't pay attention to my words and said that if I want the new appointment or not? I was shocked on his rudeness and rush behavior. His behavior was not professional at all.
