I was very pleased with my visit to Old Town Tustin Eye Care. Everybody was warm and friendly and the office is relaxing. Dr. Sarah Onaga is an amazing optometrist. She made me feel so comfortbale and welcome. She has a very kind and caring personality. I felt that my eye exam was extremely thorough and I am glad I was able to get two pairs of glasses at a reasonable cost, compared to a previous optometry clinic that I went to.

I must say, these people are the best. I broke my prescription sunglasses on Saturday before leaving for London the Friday after. I went in Saturday morning and ask them what they could do. They didn't promise they could get my new glasses in time. However late Thursday afternoon they called me and said they were in. That's what I call Rolls Royce customer service. Keep up the good work!

Everything about this place was so nice! From the facility to the people working there, and even the optometrist on site who I didn't need to directly interact with but still smiled and was friendly. I went in because my toddler got a hold of my designer sunglasses and twisted it in a way I didn't know a toddler could even be capable of. I live in old town and yelped the closest glasses repair/shop and found this place. I went in expecting a small mom and pops place, which it was but was even better than I anticipated.
