I've been going to a different optometrist for almost 10 plus years, but thanks to my late mom for recommending me Melinda Wells, and her staff. Her office is a hidden gem and I am glad that I'm using her now as my primary optometrist (OD). Dr. Wells & her staff is very thorough with the examination along with being courteous and kind towards their customers.
Exceptional Eye Care Experience! I have been visited by Dr. Wells for my eye care for the last 3 years, and I must say, it has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with warmth and professionalism by the friendly staff. Gena the office Administrator is very professional, knowledgeable and caring and she is a great help when you need her expertise to choose a frame. During the exam, Dr. Melinda Wells, always demonstrate a high level of expertise and attentiveness, She takes the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and answers all of my questions with patience and clarity. I feel confident in the accuracy of my prescription and with a thorough understanding of how to maintain optimal eye health. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Melinda Wells to anyone in need of top-notch eye care. Thank you for the exceptional service and for prioritizing the well-being of your patients!
This place is awesome! My wife and I came in as new patients today and the staff was super friendly. Dr. B was great and took the time to explain things to us. We’ll be coming here from now on!!
