He sold us on his focus and up front manner.<br>Since we had holidays and travel and rainy weather for a couple of months, the project was start and stop, mainly for our convenience.<br>As we advanced and worked through our previous commitments and the rains, everything picked up and progressed rapidly. He found a thing or two that he had missed and were not in the quote, he just went ahead and did it with no extra charges.<br>We hardly never had such a trustworthy and flexible contractor who pleased us so well.<br>His workforce was quick, did not walk on all the plants and cleaned up. “Jonathan was the most helpful and kind person, and super knowledgeable about bees, their behavior, what might make them leave, and removal techniques. We had bees making a hive inside the walls of our RV. Calling Jonathan really put my mind at ease and gave me confidence that we could solve the problem. Based on my own travel schedule, I wasn't able to hire him but he gave me 15 minutes of his time for free, coaching me through how to remove them (while being willing to fit me in in a pinch if my efforts failed). They had access to our backyard climbed their ladder to the chimney and installed the needed guards and seals to prevent the bees from coming in and it worked. No more bees!<br><br>We will be calling them whenever we have issues with bees!“

“I've had Consumer Termite Control come out to inspect our home for termites every year for at least a decade and in every instance the technicians they send out are very knowledgeable, personable and do a thorough job. Today we had Steve who has been here several times. He is an exceptionally experienced, able and very personable man. He took a good 45 minutes or more inspecting both inside and outside our home, and fortunately only found one specific area that had some evidence of termites which he was able to destroy.
