“Wish I had used Astro Termite prior to other companies. I've used a couple termite companies before, and they performed spot treatment and some wood replacement. One had me on a yearly maintenance plan and the other said just to monitor every year. Jim at Astro explained that spot treatments don't really work as the termites are likely in other places that the spot treatments can't reach.I had a few locations that needed some wood replacement. Jim's team came out and did a great job and finished in a day. Other than the fresh coat of paint on the new pieces I can't even tell that they were even here.The fumigation also went smoothly. Everything was explained and someone does a walkthrough to check that everything is prepared properly.Getting a house fumigated is always going to be a hassle, but Jim and his team made it as painless as possible.“

“I've had Consumer Termite Control come out to inspect our home for termites every year for at least a decade and in every instance the technicians they send out are very knowledgeable, personable and do a thorough job. Today we had Steve who has been here several times. He is an exceptionally experienced, able and very personable man. He took a good 45 minutes or more inspecting both inside and outside our home, and fortunately only found one specific area that had some evidence of termites which he was able to destroy. I cannot recommend Consumer Termite Control and especially Steve too highly.“

“I found a bunch of bugs I didn't recognize in my house in So Cal, took one to the Garden Shop and they owner told me it was a Termite, Yikes!! I called Terminix and told them I had found termites and they quickly took my info and were able to schedule a tech to come out the very next day. Alex arrived and did an inspection and said because of the small number of termites encountered and where they were encountered (several inside my upstairs slider and one in my laundry room) it was not an infestation. Also, they were all dead. He said they most likely blew in from my neighbors houses' wood trim. He assured me all was good but said to definitely call again if I ever see a larger number of termites anywhere in or around the house. I signed up for there annual Termite inspection and Protection plan over 13 years ago (last time the house was fully tented) and I am totally covered in the event that anything serious happens. It is only $200/year and worth the peace of mind knowing I am good...no matter what!“
