I found a bunch of bugs I didn't recognize in my house in So Cal, took one to the Garden Shop and they owner told me it was a Termite, Yikes!! I called Terminix and told them I had found termites and they quickly took my info and were able to schedule a tech to come out the very next day. Alex arrived and did an inspection and said because of the small number of termites encountered and where they were encountered (several inside my upstairs slider and one in my laundry room) it was not an infestation. They are responsive and seem to care about their customers.They are a bit expensive, but with the work that they do, I would say it is worth it. Just make sure to call and ask for the services you pay for and follow up when things are going wrong and they will take care of your issues.I would recommend them to my friends.Services: Home inspection

Our Terminix Tech, Sean Wright, removed the wasps nests at our house even when the wasps returned a second time and gave us peace of mind. Fortunately, Terminix guarantees a free reservice within 30 days from the initial service just in case the wasps return. Sean also sent us a report after each service via email, which is so professional. He also kept us updated with the time of his arrival to our house so we would not be wondering. We are very happy with our Terminix services and recommend them to everyone.
