“Called them for quotes. Monthly, bimonthly, quarterly prices about the same as competitors. Wanted a local company. Guy came out as scheduled the next day. Appreciate that he wore shoe covers when he came in the house. We're a no shoes in house home and it's such a hassle to vacuum and mop after hired hands, delivery guys, etc... come into the house. Ants and other bugs are mostly gone and he said he'd come back in a couple weeks if the initial spraying didn't do it's thing. Left a chemical list so we know what was used inside and out.“
“Excellent response time. The technician came by and set up two traps on the day I called them to report the raccoon in our yard. The raccoon was trapped for 5 days. A few hours after we phoned, he arrived and removed it. I'll totally trust them with any jobs involving the eviction of wildlife.“

The manager, Ray, thoroughly checked out the house and showed me that there was termite infestation on all sides and on top, requiring wood replacement. There was no charge for his inspection. I was given a very fair price, especially since Hector and Juan have done such good, professional and clean work. The lesson learned is if you see termite droppings, take care of it right away before there is extensive damage. If I had acted sooner, I may have avoided the final step of tenting my house.“
