He investigated the freezer and determined that there was nothing wrong with our freezer except for poor placement of our food items, which interfered with the fan. Once he diagnosed the problem, Vince was generous enough to not charge us at all for the service call. He also happily answered other questions I had regarding my other appliances. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes.
