Plus, trust me, I am a somewhat difficult customer. I expected everything to be perfect. Plus Stanton was super patience in the planning stage. “I first met with Andee from Priority Doors and Windows (PDW) at their prior location around the Mission Gorge area. We were interested in getting a Fleetwood sliding door and pass thru kitchen window for our home. However, due to Covid pandemic, we were unable to move forward with our project having to postpone. Last year 2023, we reached to PDW and to my surprise Andee is still there. After a visit, we really enjoyed the vast selection of quality manufacturers they have on display at their new location. It allowed us to see and compare between all the different manufacturers. Andee also put us in contact with an installer whom we look forward to installing our products. “Had a very positive experience with BJ's Doors and Windows, a family-run small business in a convenient location just off Miramar Road. We'd been to a couple of places, including a big box store, where the inventory can be a little intimidating (and the help somewhat lacking).We went to BJ's and Jennifer was very helpful in making the selection process easy. We needed two doors in our older home, one from a kitchen entry in the back of the house and the second on the side of the garage. Pricing seemed fair, especially after getting some estimates from the bigger companies.Jennifer's father, Ben, came out to measure the doors and gave us a timeline for when the doors would be available for installation. When that date came, setting up the appointment was easy. Ben and his son, Junior, did the installation themselves and both doors look great (though we'll need to get them painted, they do come with a prime coat).Whenever possible I like to support small businesses, and in this case I'm really glad I did. Very nice family and they did quality work from sales to installation.“

“Holy smokes these guys are INCREDIBLE!! My sliding door was basically considered un-fixable until they came and saved the day. They managed to lift it out of the super tight frame with hero strength and sort out all sorts of problems. New glide rail, new wheels, new life… I’m so pumped I can easily slide open the door again. “We hired Kenco to install 12 new windows and a slider door. They were not the cheapest quote, but were reasonable, professional, and timely in their email communications. So many installers were slow to follow-up or didn't at all - Kenco was great. We had one minor hiccup with a window measurement- the manufacturer messed up - but Kenco was responsive with the fix and made it right. Ultimately, I think Kenco also delivered and installed the windows about 4-6 weeks faster than the other estimates we got and they were spot on with their estimate. I'd highly recommend Kenco.“

“Choosing Anderson windows was the best for us. Our house had the original windows that installed in 1965. Single pane, no sound proofing, not a good insulator for temperature changes.<br>After researching a few of the top rated manufactures. Anderson windows have a much better product. The warranties exceed other window manufactures.<br>The cost is more but the end result is worth the price.<br>The sales representative (Eric D.) was very knowledgeable about the products and how the process to fit the correct windows.<br>The is a significant difference in the temperature from the original windows and the new windows. It just happen to be 90 degrees the day of installation . The rooms were much cooler, and quieter. The is a very busy street where the noise is no longer an issues.<br>The install crew confirmed a time and date. They arrived as scheduled. There were two windows being replaced. It took four hours to remove and replace the windows. Sealed with moister barrier and trim.<br><br>If you are considering upgrades or replacement. This would be a very good choice.<br>They also provide financing if needed.<br>We will have return to replace three more windows in the near future, after the interior model is completed.“

“Very professional and respectful. We got off to a rocky start since they require both adults who live in the home to be around before they will giving a quote which was incredibly frusterating. There seems to be a little bit of a disconnect between sales and project management. We were originally told that the material would not work on our existing aluminum patio awning structure, but once the project started we were informed that the material changed about a year ago, so they could paint over the metal structure. Adding that to the project and the costs after the fact was a little annoying, but the project manager was great and accomodating. Other than that the painting team was wonderful and had great attention to detail. Any mistake or peeling, no matter how small, the project manager made was corrected. Again, overall good experience.“

“We had four estimates. Builders wasn't the cheapest, but won our business with professional knowledge, attention to detail, quality products, and excellent communication. Of the four companies, Builders was the only one to send both a sales rep (Nathan) AND an installer (Bryon, Bella Vista) to the initial survey of our home. No sales pitch, just discussion of requirements and the attributes of products available to meet them. Delivery and installation went smoothly, with good support and followup throughout from Nathan. The Bella Vista installation team did an awesome job. Our Milgard Trinsic Windows are beautiful. This was a good experience. I recommend.“
