What I appreciated most was how they hold the line on quality and coach you as a human — pushing you to actually apply what you learn, not just memorize. It’s the only fitness education I’ve found that balances confidence, clinical knowledge, and communication.
Whether you’re brand new or want to deepen your coaching skillset, this is the place to level up.“

I’ve taken barre classes at several places but none have the unique, effective method that Isotiques delivers. When I first started taking classes here, I saw changes in my body after just 2 classes - no joke! It’s the only workout I did leading up to my wedding in order to get into optimal shape. You are guaranteed to get a thorough and intense workout every single time. They will push you to exert your best effort, but at the same time will not single you out or make you feel uncomfortable if you are struggling. The instructors are great at showing you modifications and making sure your form is correct to get the best results! The rest of the decor throughout the studio is super classy and cute too. I would recommend Isotiques to anyone interested in a Barre/Mat Pilates type class, new comer or veteran.“
“I can’t recommend Dr. Boaz Riblatt highly enough. I went to him with a right shoulder issue that had been bothering me for months. I couldn’t do any overhead pressing without pain, and even holding my shoulder in a 90-degree position—something as simple as squatting with the bar—was uncomfortable and limiting.
From the very first session, Dr. Boaz took a thoughtful, individualized approach. He didn’t just treat the symptom; he addressed the root cause of the problem. His combination of manual therapy, movement based work, and performance-focused rehab was extremely effective and clearly tailored to my training goals.
After about five sessions, my shoulder feels completely healed. I was able to shoulder press pain-free for the first time in six months, which honestly felt incredible. Beyond the hands-on work, Dr. Boaz was a tremendous resource—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in getting me back to training at a high level.
If you train hard and want a physical therapist who truly understands performance, movement, and long term health, Dr. Boaz is the person to see. He’ll get you fixed up and back in action the right way.“

The best experience I always have — I feel like family there, not just a member. The owner, Mr. Ethan, truly cares about everyone.
And hands down, the biggest shoutout goes to my favorite and the best trainer in the world — Corey Renbarger!! I can’t say enough about him — he’s simply the best.
I barely used to work out, but now I’ve been going strong for 3 years ? and still rolling! Corey has helped me not only physically, but mentally as well. He always supports me and fills me with positivity.
Forever thankful for him ?“

“I’ve been taking Iara’s Brazilian Sculpt Dance classes for over two years, and I can honestly say they’ve transformed me from the inside out. Her classes are this perfect fusion of choreography, Brazilian dance movements, functional training, cardio, and pure joy. It’s the kind of workout that makes you forget you’re actually working out. You sweat, you laugh, you feel sexy, strong, and completely alive.
But what truly sets this class apart is Iara herself. Her energy is magnetic: she motivates you, lifts you up, and somehow gives you that extra dopamine you didn’t even know you needed. Every class feels like a therapy session: a mix of movement, release, empowerment, and community.
If you want something fun, challenging, and deeply soul-nourishing, I can’t recommend Iara’s class enough. It has become one of the best parts of my week and a big part of my personal journey back to myself. I truly hope more Brazilian Sculpt Dance classes are added to the schedule — once you experience it, you’ll want as many as you can get.“
