“This urgent care was amazing! Everyone at the front was just so kind. I came in with a sprained ankle and the girls in the front were so sweet and hospitable making conversation while helping me out. They went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. I went in and got X rays done and found out it was broken and was in complete tears( im 23 but cried like a 10 yo) they gave me a cute little monkey stuffy and were so kind. They wheeled me out and with my prescription and were able to answer all my questions through my tears. Just want to let the owner know, your staff is amazing!!“

“Workers Comp care is excellent and some offices with larger number of patients that they need to process with medical appointment will take an extra hour. Allowing patients opportunity to check in for appointment 15 minutes late due to frequent mid-day traffic incidents is tolerated which will affect wait times.“

“Fantastic Urgent Care!! Starting off with a pleasant initial phone conversation with Monica to confirm they took my insurance. Then meeting Layla who addressed my medical issue; she was professional AND friendly too! As was John, who administered my shot. 100% satisfied with my first visit to this clean and friendly environment. While I hope I don’t have to frequent urgent care facilities; if I did, this would be the one I would choose.“

“This is my go - to urgent care. Decent wait times. I've never had to wait more than an hour. Staff is very friendly. The last time I went , I took my daughter in for respiratory symptoms. The nurse or MA who attended us was friendly and so funny. She made my daughter's experience good. The providers are attentive and listen. I'd definitely recommend this urgent care.“

“I have gone here repeatedly instead of going to my primary care physician because I can almost always get an appointment that day and the Drs are very thorough and very attentive. They follow up with test results promptly and it's easy to make contact with them through their office staff. I have been soooo pleased with Pacific Urgent Care.“

“Dr Tu is a ENT specialist, I had been to countless medical offices for about 4-5 years and no one could pin point my cough. I finally saw Dr. Tu through a referral from a relative and he immediately ordered an allergy panel and found the source to my cough. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now and have my allergies under control and manageable. I see him 3-4x a year for maintenance treatment when the seasons change. I would recommend him for allergies, sinus issues and common cold / viruses. His office operates differently than some and I work in Los Angeles so his hours work great for me because I can stop in between 6-7 or one Saturdays. There are also mechanisms in place to hold your place in line if it is busy and you can pop in and out if you need to.“

“This afternoon I brought my daughter in as a walk in and first thing I liked was how polite and friendly the receptionist Destiny was as if we were regular patients. We got called to the back again back office medical assistant Stephanie kind friendly professional made us feel comfortable took vitals and told us Dr would be in shortly, as she did. I like how Dr Lara was genuinely concerned about my daughter's visit and our needs such a sweet woman. Later that afternoon I was at my son's pedestrian since he isn't a patient at mayflower come to find out no Dr in office until next day I called Destiny to check my son's insurance I got a call back from her to bring him in the do take his insurance what a relief I couldn't miss another day of work. So I got to see staff again was there almost until closing still friendly staff I know how hectic it is working in medical field especially during pandemic &flu season but this ladies are Amazing even though end of shift is coming still giving to each patient thank you for tending to my children. If ever needed I'd be back and also recommend.keep up great job“

“Physicians Assistant is better than my doctors at Anaheim Memorial Care. Vy Kieu is very personable, and her staff. is very helpful. They took blood, urine, xrays and other tests there. I ride a scooter and I am barely able to walk. They were all very nice and friendly to me. I recommend this Cypress Memorial Care Location. They have Urgent Care there also.“

I have been a patient less than a year and him and his team has helped me in getting healthy, dealing with pain and my weight. I am... I was a 400+ Samoan that loves to eat, and I will come to your BBQ, eat AND take a plate home for later, but I wasn't healthy at all, just recently he put me on Zepbound and that first week I dropped a lot of weight (a lot of weight) and it put him on high alert because rapid weight loss can cause hypoglycemia and that explained a lot that happened to me that first week and now I am being monitored very closely so I don't harm myself, This team is very good to me Lastly, I came in one day and told him that I had a breakdown and it really messed me up in January 2024, not only did these people not brush me off, they helped me get to where I needed to be....me again, that is a good Dr. and team to me, maybe not to some, but I can only tell you what has been done for me. “Went here for the first time for a drug test 7:30 AM. Claudia at the front desk was very clear, concise, and accommodating. I followed her instructions for filling out information on the phone and got in after about 5 minutes. Ana helped me after that and was quick and clear. Both ladies were straightforward and professional, no complaints here.“
