I've had a horrible experience catching allergic contact dermatitis where a substance I was allergic to went into my bloodstream and had to come in urgently. She was so nice and considerate listening to what i needed, and prescribed me the medicine i needed quickly. They even called after a few days to check in how i was doing which speaks volumes of their character! I was thoroughly impressed. Its a no appointment system and the place is very cleanly as well. I recommend!“

“We had to take my son last week for a hip injury probably a little after 1300! Not busy at all! Let's start off with the front desk, I didn't catch her name but what a friendly face! To be greeted in such polite manner when you're worried or going through a lot makes a great deal of a difference? Her smile was kind and warm! We filled out forms which were fairly easy- we got through them quickly. After that we got checked in and in a matter of minutes, our nurse took us back for the intake and vitals. Our PA was attentive and explained everything! My son had several x-rays taken and was referred for an MRI! The facility was immaculate! Clean! Clean clean! Wonderful service all around! This has become our new go to! Thank you all for being so attentive and caring for our boy. We truly appreciate it.“

“The receptionist was very nice. I waited in my room for the Dr.. She came in greeted me and checked my knee. She encouraged me to stay off my feet and ice my knee. Use a wrap and have my knee checked again if pain persists. I guess the office will be closing for remodeling soon.“

“There have been so many unfortunate reasons, injuries & illness when I have been to this urgent care. The waiting room is so large and usually empty when I have gone but the receptionist & Drs or Physician Assistants have been great. I would highly recommend this location but maybe I shouldn't because I like that it is always easy to get in and out.“

“I went to Urgent Care at roughly 8:20-30 PM. Closing time is 9 PM. My daughter was in terrible pain from being kicked at school in her tailbone area. Dr. V.H. Perez and Nurse J.M. Rivera were WONDERFUL!!! They were both friendly and professional. Keep in mind they've worked ALL day and yet met us with a smile! My daughter was hesitant to put a gown on. Nurse Rivera put her mind at ease. Dr. Perez was COMPLETELY engaged, present and empathetic towards my daughter. Again it's like closing time! He didn't rush the exam because he wanted to go home. He was thorough and answered all questions and concerns. The NEXT day he followed up on how she was feeling and made an additional follow up phone appointment for a few days after that! Thank you Dr. Perez and Nurse Rivera!!! You 2 are FANTASTIC at what you do!!!“

The staff and doctor was great with patient care. It was nice to be in the care of people who truly show they value their work and is truly intentional about providing great care. Dr. P was so kind too and took his time seeing my son. I'm especially thankful to the great attitude and kindness of Todd who took care of us. He has such a great attitude. He patiently answered all my inquiries and guided and counseled us through the entire process including recommendations for after care. “I went in for a visit on 6/21/23 I was greeted with a smile from Perla and Catherine...btw great costumer service !! Anyways I did have an appointment but there was no waiting at all I was roomed quick. Perla took my vitals and listens to the reason for my visit got Greta bedside manners. Then I got checked by the provider Henry ....again great customer service! Henry listened to my concern's and evaluated me and gave me medication for my ear.
