I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility. Our experience here today had been great!!! They took care of my son's injury right away. The entire process was organized. The staff and doctor was great with patient care. It was nice to be in the care of people who truly show they value their work and is truly intentional about providing great care. Dr. P was so kind too and took his time seeing my son. I'm especially thankful to the great attitude and kindness of Todd who took care of us. He has such a great attitude. Based on Dr. Chen's reviews on Health Grades website, you'd think his office would fire the operator/appointment scheduler. But no, we experienced the wrath of Ellen: rude, dismissive, cuts you off while you're trying to explain what your IPA says, and hangs up on you.Good luck trying to reach someone to schedule an appointment. For days we would get a busy signal, or the phone keeps ringing and disconnects without giving us an option to leave a voicemail.

they need to update Google that theres no walk ins and its not open on saturdays & sundays , just mon - fri . overall , a good experience for my boyfriend when he had things to do over here . would just recommend that they update Google / their website .
