Xpress Urgent Care totally saved the day for my son's visit! From the moment we stepped in, they made us feel like VIPs (Very Important Patients). The place was squeaky clean too, which was a huge plus.And get this – they even called us a few days later to follow up post visit. Talk about going above and beyond! Xpress Urgent Care, you've earned yourself a solid 5 stars. Thanks for being our lifesavers – literally.
This was my first experience with Xpress Urgent Care. I was extremely happy with my Dr Visit. I made an appointment online. I received confirmation. Whenever I called they answered immediately and provide excellent customer service. There was less than 15 min wait time as well. The Physician was amazing! I needed pre surgery medical exam, labs, and medical records asap for my surgeon. Within 1 day I obtained blood work results and I was able to pick up my medical records a few days later. I highly recommend them above any other urgent care because I actually had phone communications with 2 of their OC locations and visited a 3rd to pickup my medical records in Tustin....read full review
Great experience. Short wait, Larry at the front desk was so helpful and kind. And the FNP (Blakley was perhaps the name) I saw was amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, and confident. I will be going there for all my medical needs.
