This afternoon I brought my daughter in as a walk in and first thing I liked was how polite and friendly the receptionist Destiny was as if we were regular patients. We got called to the back again back office medical assistant Stephanie kind friendly professional made us feel comfortable took vitals and told us Dr would be in shortly, as she did. I like how Dr Lara was genuinely concerned about my daughter's visit and our needs such a sweet woman. Later that afternoon I was at my son's pedestrian since he isn't a patient at mayflower come to find out no Dr in office until next day I called Destiny to check my son's insurance I got a call back from her to bring him in the do take his insurance what a relief I couldn't miss another day of work. So I got to see staff again was there almost until closing still friendly staff I know how hectic it is working in medical field especially during pandemic &flu season but this ladies are Amazing even though end of shift is coming still giving to each patient thank you for tending to my children. If ever needed I'd be back and also recommend.keep up great job

This place needs two receptionists. Sign-in at 5:11 pm. Time takes too long too see doctor.The receptionist asked me for my ID and Insurance Card. Gave to him and he was taking time looking at them.I was call in at 5:32 pm without asking me for co-pay. I mentioned to the receptionist and he thanks me for the reminder. I did not get the receipt until I ask for it after seeing the doctor.Once inside the exam room, he checked my temperature with the ear but pressed pretty hard.The doctor is really good and professional. She sees me in 5 minutes and I'm out the door at 5:48 pm.

I belong to Mayflower medical group and this is my first time going to Express Care. I was a bit worried as there is only seating for 5 people in the lobby. I was taken in in 20 minutes and the Dr. came in shortly thereafter. She came in and listened to all I had to say, asked questions and I asked her questions. I felt well taken care of going to this Express Care and I was impressed. I would highly recommend this location and I will definitely use it again!
