“A really wonderful dentist. I drive all the way to Berkeley from Sacramento to see them. I have a rare medical condition that has specific implications for dental health. They've been accommodating and proactive -- doing research where necessary to make sure that I'm getting the best care possible. I've also never had an attempt to upsell cosmetic work here; no discussion of whitening or veneers, both of which I had every dentist mention every single visit the whole time I lived in Los Angeles. Do I have to bill back to insurance? Yes. Have I ever had a problem with that? No. Ultimately, billing back to insurance (as others have mentioned in their reviews) is a very small tradeoff for me when compared with having a dental team that I trust.“

“I was having a serious tooth problem and my dentist was telling me things that didn't make sense to me and sounded like he was contradicting himself and also contradicting everything I knew about antibiotics, so I needed a 2nd opinion from another dentist. Dr. Rosales listened to me and then took a lot of time to explain things very clearly and in great detail which helped me greatly to 1) understand what was happening in my mouth and 2) what I should do, and even 3) helped me understand what my other dentist was trying to explain, but just couldn't explain things nearly as well as Dr. Rosales did. Besides that, his receptionists were very sweet and helpful, and the set-up at his office seemed very state-of-the-art, and comfortable with windows looking out on outdoor trees and plants and a tv to watch to distract you from dental work if it makes you anxious. Based on just this one visit (and everything I read on Yelp and on his website) I am very positively impressed with Dr. Rosales and expect to see him again in the future.“

“Been coming to this office for the past 4 so years! The front office staff super friendly, in person and over the phone; I've called to see if I can go in earlier to my appt. and they were able to accommodate me; plus every appointment they send me home with a complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. Love it, gives me a nostalgic feeling since my childhood dentist did this and lot of dentist office don't give any goody bags anymore. During all my appointments they always ready to assist me, never a long wait plus free wifi (password comes on their lobby TV) During my cleanings the dental hygienists are nice and love how they don't make it awkward, they tell me every step they will be doing. I'll always go with Dr. Gretchen“

“I love Dr. Nick and his entire practice team... and more importantly, my son (now 9) does, too! Dr. Nick has handled all of our dental issues, big and small, with thoughtful, conscientious care and expertise. He makes kids feel welcome and comfortable immediately, from the physical office (the X-ray set-up makes the kids feel like they are riding a pony - so fun!) to the friendly staff. He balances professionalism (the office is always on time) with personal attention and care. I can't recommend Dr. Nick enough! My son even asked if he could invite Dr. Nick to his birthday party!“

“I just LOVE this dental office. I was introduced to Dr. Victor Chaney in December of 1979, I have been a patient ever since. My children all grew up with Dr. Chaney. I go in every 6 months. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Now we have Dr. Alex who joined the practice. What a wonderful addition. Both Dr. Vic and Dr. Alex are so personable and caring. All their work is professionally done with a gentle touch. The patient’s comfort is always their number one concern. All the office members are so friendly and helpful. I recommend this office to everyone.“

“No one wishes to need a root canal. If you do, best to wish that Dr Calvert is in your network. I have twice sat in his chair. He welcomes and answers all questions. He explains the procedure and keeps you informed of the progress. in both cases, I was pain free both during and after the procedure. A great experience.“

“pros : their dental skill is great . I loved it . cons: there is nowhere easily rinse my mouth I gotta stand up and walk toward to the sink to rinse inside of my mouth. so I almost swallow my blood in my mouth Also, when i ask to get a tissue someone gave me a stiff brown tissue but I needed to blow my nose. I got it eventually but they dont know how to serve patients . also its hard to find parking spot they only had 3 spots but itwasnot easy to park . I eventually park a block away after paying. I like their skill though“

“Office staff here is welcoming, fun, and informative. From the moment I walked in, before I even said a word, Patty was super sweet and funny. After explaining my experience with my previous dentist's office staff, she reassured me that I would not run into the same issues here. As for Dr. Oliver, he is chattier than most dentists I've met/seen but in a good way. He's laid back and relatable, is straight forward on the treatment plan of your teeth.“

“Highly skilled dentists, hygienists,, latest tech, and office staff that are professional and friendly. Conveniently located just off Solano ave.. Feels more like a visit to a Berkeley home of old friends vs.a sterile office.setting. Relaxed chill atmosphere that totally takes the stress out of going to the dentist. They stay on schedule, too, so I rarely get to read the magazines I enjoy, that are current issues, or have time for a cup of herbal tea.

“Until now, I’ve always hated going to the dentist. New to this dental office, and could not have made a better choice. They care about their patients and it shows. The reception area, waiting area, dental exam rooms and the bathroom are very clean and neat. EVERYONE of the staff members I had the pleasure of coming in contact were professional and inviting! The dental hygienist had a soft touch and was very attentive. I am not going to mention my dentist by name because I don’t want everyone reading this to request him, thus making him unavailable to me, but what I will say is that he is warm and personable and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand , he was honest and genuine, he didn’t rush and make me feel like I was just $$. I felt no pain during my first procedure and left after my feeling satisfied ( and numb) but as excited as I could be about going back for my next appointment.“

“I absolutely LOVE Little Goldfish Dentistry! The dental assistants and the dentist are amazing. My daughter has been coming here since she was about 10 months. I love how they make the office very kid friendly ever season it's decorated and looks so nice. The front office ladies are great and so sweet. Dr.P is great as well I love how he interact with the kiddos. My favorite is the balloons and certificate at the end. They are very good at following up with you after the appointment and doing appointment reminder calls. Oh and during certain holidays they decorate and have a photo wall for the kids. It's so cute I would post pics but they all have my kiddos face lol so just go for yourself and check this place. They recently renovated and it looks so good in there.“

“If you are new to the Pinole, Hercules area or just looking for a better Dentist, I highly recommend Dr.Kashirad's office! Doctor Kashirad, AKA Dr.K, is friendly, professional and highly skilled. I had a molar extraction recently, due to neglecting that tooth for a long time, and not only was the procedure pain free, afterwards at home there was no pain, swelling, excessive bleeding, or anything...amazing! His staff, from the front office, to the RDA's and Hygienist are friendly, personable, professional, and experts at their jobs. The staff, excluding the doctor, wear all black uniforms which looks very professional and I must say, cool.The entire office is spotless and has a clean, modern look, without being ostentatious. (Please see my uploaded photo) This is the first time I've written a review for a Dentist, but this office is deserving praise.“
