Very good first visit. Thorough work up. Personable, supportive, caring, thoughtful, experienced, professional, competent and calming. State of the art techniques.Bravo. The fact they could see me the same day because of a cancellation increased my excitement and decreased the anxiety of waiting. I look forward to future care.
As someone who is terrified of even the prospect of a dental appointment, whose tendency is to put off going (never a good idea for dental health and well being), I am happy to say that my experiences with this dental office are positive . I enjoy my spirited discussions with Tom the hygienist, benefit from his helpful advice, appreciate that he does not guilt trip me for sometimes putting off visits. I also appreciate Dr. Pacleb's careful explanations to procedures and her craft in what she does.The front office folk seem more sensitive as well, so props all around.
The care I receive at Dr. Pacleb’s office is compassionate and professional. As someone who has dental phobia- I really appreciate the care I receive both from Dr Pacleb, Tom ( dental hygienist) and the front office staff.I would highly recommend this office. I have been there from the time they opened until now. Excellent care!!!!
