“I needed a quick appointment, and they gave me one. That's the biggest reason I came back this year. Great service from the Optometrist. I paid an extra $35 (with Insurance) for the full eye exam which checks the overall health of the eyes. I chose not to order glasses this time because I want to purchase 2 pairs instead of one, and I want to find somewhere else that will give me a better deal.“

I was quite impressed with the level of customer service i received. They have a great selection of frames. Pricing is a little high but they are able to get you a pair of glasses same day within a hour, so the price can be justified. Definitely will be back to get another pair of glasses soon.“

“Dr. Ishigo helped my eye feel better! I had strong eye irritation and I asked if I could be seen with very short notice before the weekend. The team was welcoming upon arrival and quickly took me to the doctor's office. Dr. Ishigo was able to identify an eye lash stuck in my lower eye lid. She took out the eye lash that was deeply embedded in my eyelid and also made sure that no further eye damage was done. The irritation is now gone! Feeling grateful for her and her team for their timely, kind, and effective care.“

I am very very picky about tint color as well. I am absolutely astonished by the quality of measurement and lenses that I got from masters optical. So much so that I came back and changed all of my other progressive lenses despite having paid higher prices for those. It just doesn't match the excellent quality of work done here. Now all of my glasses match and have the same level of sharpness I am accustomed to. Absolutely fantastic work.“

Even if they may be out of network with my vision insurance, it's still much cheaper to come here and claim out of network benefits. And you can't find a quicker turnaround service for lenses in the area! Plus the people who work here are all super friendly, genuinely kind, and helpful so I'm happy to give them my service.
