So my glasses broke and I went to here to fix my glasses I hand them glasses waited for like 10-15 minutes and my glasses were fixed with a new frame!!Excellent beautiful service!!!
My appointment was at 12, so I got there a few mins early to fill out any paperwork necessary and was seen right away. The office is spacious and clean; the staff is friendly and really know what they're doing. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process, even getting honest feedback on some of the frames I was trying on so I feel confident I made the right choice. Parking lot is small and fits about 6 but plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is safe so don't fret.
My first visit to Hawthorne Optometry was fantastic. The staff were incredibly warm, knowledgable and helpful. The doctor was thorough and explained all of my options to me so that I felt completely comfortable with my vision options and next steps. Thank you Hawthorne Optometry! See you at the next check up!
