I absolutely love this place . I felt like a kid in a candy store with the 1000s of choices . I use to go LensCrafters but they stop doing one hour . This place not only had a super selection but great people like Veronica and art working as a team to make eye glass magic happen . Done in 15 minutes . Never going anywhere else
I came in to look for a pair of sunglasses and this is the one store out of the 120 I visited that had the rose gold ray bans in perfect condition!!! Customer services extremely hard to come by nowadays, so the fact I came in here on my first time and got incredible service speaks volumes
I came to Hour Glass to have my sunglasses fixed. They were very broken when I arrived, and thanks to the helpful service I received, I walked out wearing them! I really appreciate your help. Will be back to shop the extensive selection of inventory!
