I was in a pinch and needed a quick sunglasses arm repair. Bob was not only profession and courteous, but also performed the repair himself and was quick, efficient, and had a wonderful sense of humor. I'm overwhelmingly pleased with the outcome and thankful to have visited Optix when I did. Thank you very much for your help, Bob.

I took a pair of reading glasses in to be repaired. The frame had broken hinge screws. I have never gone to Optix before today. They repaired my glasses added new screws and handed back my glasses free of charge. I offered to pay for this but they would not accept it. I was surprised that there are people this nice. i will be doing business there again and I highly recommend them.
