Very pleasant experience. The temple screws came out of my wife's glasses abs I was unable to manipulate the replacement screws and effect repair.When I got to Target Optical, David was able to get better screws than I had and put my wife's glasses back together.Service was excellent, relatively quick, and more than reasonably priced. Couldn't have gone better.
David was so wonderful!! My screw fell out of my glasses and David took his time, and with a lot of patience was able to fix the issue. Very patient, extremely helpful- can we clone him!? Jk but I wish we could!
I came here for the first time because my insurance provider was allowed here. I am so glad it was because the staff, Freddy, was so kind and helpful! He was able to immediately see that there was an error on one of my old glasses from years ago and fixed it for me on the same spot! Now I can finally use those glasses I wanted to use from years ago. Looks like they will be my new go to optical spot!
