1501 E El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo“I rescued a beautiful 14 month old Doberman Pinscher with hopes to train him as a service dog for myself as I was recently diagnosed with medical issues where a service dog was recommended by my physician. I was referred to Loveurk9 for training of my dog not only because of their knowledge of the Doberman breed well but because they are also highly educated in the needs of those diagnosed with special needs and assisting both the animal and the human in their new life as partners . I can honestly say that though my dog was not out of control when initially rescued, within the first week of working with Kevin, Latoya and the staff my beautiful boy has amazed me. I HIGHLY recommend LoveURK9 to anyone with any type of dog that might just need a tune up no matter the size or to help you with your own needs to help give your dog the best paw forward in life and with your family. I am SO grateful for all they are doing and how they do it!! Thank you LoveURK9 …. ❤️❤️. Brok and TJ.“

She loved and cared for our 2 dogs as if they were her own. Jan sent us 2-3x's daily photos and updates on Harry and Maggie's stay during our 2+ week vacation. The day stay and overnight pricing is quite reasonable especially given the attention the dogs receive. Jan also limits the quantity of dogs she watches to ensure quality of care. This is the first time our dogs have had overnight boarding and NOT come home angry/pouty about being left with someone else. We highly recommend Jan!!“

718 Vesta St, Inglewood“I just wanna start by saying Glenn is extremely professional, this previous review was absurd. My dogs were dropped off on 11 February for a move and this woman repeatedly lied about having my dogs and being in transit with them , with a bunch of excuses it is now three weeks later and I heard my dogs were at Glenn’s inn so I contacted Glenn and he’s been extremely professional and helpful with this matter this is the post she wrote, which is completely untrue, Glenn has taken extremely good care of my dogs and just wants to see the best for themKellee Landon4 reviews39 minutes agoNEWExtremely unprofessional when handling client affairs. I put 2 dogs in boarding and I am the paying party. He decides to release information about my account and the dogs in boarding to outside parties. He didn’t even give a courtesy call to me to ask for permission. Absolutely unbelievable“
“Hi! I have a 2 year old shih tzu who struggled with some separation anxiety but after a rather traumatic moving experience her anxiety got even worse. Amber was so helpful and such a great source of support. We did one on one training sessions weekly and she provided great tips and tools to help us get back to a place where she now feels safe and doesn't bark when I leave the house. I definitely recommend Amber for dog training sessions!“

I have a now 11 year old dog named Shin-Shin who we got as a puppy and was not trained properly. He was aggressive towards every living thing that wasn't a main family member but I knew he was a sweetie inside and wanted others to experience his kinder side. I took 8 training sessions and while he may not be perfect being as his old habits have stuck a bit, he's much more manegeable. My partner, who doesn't live with me, has admitted that he's like a different dog now. Before Shin-Shin made my partner nervous and always looked ready to attack but can now cuddle with him. It takes a lot of patience and observation to understand a dog and surely a lesson learned for any future pets I may have in the future. Stacie was so easy and friendly to work with utilizing positive and fun reinforcements only! She truly cares about the wellbeing of the relationship between the dog and human. Would go back to her in an instant if needed, highly recommend!!!“

240 Center St, El Segundo“My beloved senior cat, Rusty, was suddenly in distress from long-term chronic kidney disease, refusing food for a couple days and unable to drink water without throwing up. I was freaking out because I had to leave town shortly for three weeks. This happened to be an important trip to care for my mom. I hated the thought of both "disappearing" on Rusty at this critical time, or not being there for him should he die. ESAH kindly carried through on offering me a cancelled appointment that same day. Dr. Shin was wonderful and caring. She told me that Rusty was in critical condition and advised of extreme measures that could be taken to try to stabilize his health. She also admitted that treatment may not work and would only offer a temporary solution. She assured me that--far from cruel--this would be a good time to let Rusty go. Her stating this was extremely important to me in making a very painful, sudden decision. Dr. Shin and the ESAH staff were exceptionally kind and supportive. They allowed my husband and I all the time we needed to pamper Rusty and say our good-byes. Rusty was calmed by our presence and drifted off peacefully. I'm grateful to Dr. Shin and the ESAH staff for guiding and helping me through this very tough experience. They followed up by sending me flowers the next day. As sad as I am over the loss of Rusty, I'm also feeling lucky to live near this amazing clinic.“
“Visited this location yesterday. I was confused as my vet said my dog needed to have grain in her diet. After speaking with a knowledgeable employee, I realized that wasn't true. I appreciated her knowledge and explaination of why that wasn't true. I was there to purchase Ziwe Peak dog food and she assured me it was a good choice. Highly recommend this location.“

The instructors Jessica and Mario were fantastic including the newest instructor Martin. All very caring and informative. I came here knowing absolutely nothing about grooming and came out very confident and excited about starting my new career. Super fun and welcoming environment and I would 100% recommend to anyone who loves dogs and is looking for a career in grooming. Thank you staff!“

24260 Crenshaw Blvd, Torrance“Just wanted to give a shout out to western Veterinary group for consistently doing well with my husky Laika . I have been taking her here for over 9 years and she always gets excited to visit. This past Friday I took her for vaccines , annual doctor check up and grooming. Summer heat can be intense for a husky so I really appreciated the doctor checking my senior dog for any potential issues. Also shout out to the staff groomer she did a really good job . I normally wash Laika but shedding season is difficult to control . She did such an amazing job, I could tell Laika was really grateful and happy to brush off her old coat. Lastly the office staff have been really patient and attentive . I was happy they were able to schedule Laika being that I'm terrible with returning calls to confirm. Over all good experience , Gracias !“

There is no place I would take Stormi other then to this practice. I feel so safe knowing my Stormi is being taken care of properly and with care. The staff in the office are so helpful as well. Gina endured endless calls with me asking questions (I'm a new dog mom) and each call she handled with so much patience , understanding and kindness. Stormi Blu found our furrever vet and I couldn't be happier with choosing Brent-Air!“

Now that my dog is almost 12 he needs more support, and the vets here all do a great job at answering questions and providing suggestions for his best care, both during a visit or in between. 3850 Grand View Blvd, Los Angeles“Dr Brooks and her staff are very caring, devoted and effective. My dog Mocha had a medical problem with confusing symptoms that VCA ER was not able to get to the bottom of unless we waited all night. I called Mar Vista Vet and they got him in very quickly and worked around my schedule, made sure to thoroughly rule out high acuity medical issues such as pancreatitis, and when my dog left we knew his symptoms where not related to anything other than his back aches. When Mocha left Mar Vista Vet he was happy and feeling better. Thank you Dr Brooks and Mar Vista Vet staff for being there for Mocha!“

3855 Sepulveda Blvd, Torrance“Not sure why it this place doesn't get a higher rating, we really like it. We just got a little puppy and this is the go to place for us. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is well stocked, clean, and spacious. In addition to the retail space, they also have grooming, training, pet hotel, and pet hospital! Tip: the grooming folks recommended us to get the Puppy Guide, it was $20 (in a locked storage that you need to ask them to get for you), and it has all kinds of coupons and free services. We started saving with things we needed right away. Parking: never a problem, easy access on both Hawthorn and Sepulveda. The Petsmart on PCH is pretty good, also, but much smaller and depending on where you live, it's a little harder to get in and out.“
“Worth every Penny! We were in over our heads with our 1st puppy (Frankie, a Whippet). Taking her to The Puppy Academy was the best decision for us! Not only did I know she would be closely watched and cared for the entire day, I could see the results in her behavior at home within a couple weeks. It's a commitment. If you put in the work outside of class and commit to their practices your pup will transform before your eyes. We were extra thankful for their owner sessions within the program, which help you become more confident in your at-home training & reinforce the work they do. When her 1st 36-ish sessions were coming to an end we asked about additional classes and to our delight they accepted her for 24 more sessions of which she (we) really benefitted. I only wish we enrolled her sooner!“
