“I can't say enough good things about Fuze Fitness in Kensington. I've always struggled to keep a regular exercise schedule and in my middle age, that failure really began to take its toll. I joined Fuze about 6 months ago and have lost a significant amount of weight, and more importantly have gotten much stronger. It has been a very positive experience. It is a super supportive environment and very straightforward process. His friendly and understanding nature made the process a breeze. I can’t recommend this place enough. “Lakeridge does a good job of keeping activities scheduled nicely and maintains to the equipment and property very well. I like to do yoga during the week and bring the kids to play in the pool. This isn't a 24 hour meat market, this is a lot of career and retired people FYI.“

“Ariel is the best PT I've ever had! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is kind and really knows her stuff. All I had to do was describe some pain in my hip or leg and she would come up with ways to test my strength in the area then give me exercises that strengthened those specific muscles. I was always so impressed with how quickly she could assess and find solutions. On top of that, she is super kind and encouraging, so when I was feeling discouraged about maybe never going backpacking again, she explained to me that if I did the assigned exercises there was no reason why I couldn't go again. About a year later, I did go backpacking and had no trouble with my hip or back. You'd be lucky to get appointments with Ariel - she's always pretty booked but well worth the wait!“

“My preferred gym to go to compared to Pinole and the Macdonald Avenue pf. They have what the other gyms lack-- space, improved equipment, and it doesn't stink. Wish they didn't stop being open 24/7 !! other than that, this gym is great, including the staff. Idc if the employees greet me or not. What is this, a restaurant? I just check in and go on with my workout.“

“Wonderful facility with knowledgeable trainers, very friendly staff and more than excellent classes and equipment to choose from. The pool is large and the cleaning staff is stellar. The locker rooms, showers, pool and equipment is constantly being cleaned. This is a really great sports and training facility. This place is way above average and ranks very high in my recommendations. The parking is more than adequate and the security is there driving around constantly. You can't go wrong choosing this place for your training, exercising and even socializing needs. Being in the shopping center is so convenient for your needs before or after your exercising.“

“The bad:Gym is absolutely disgusting, bathrooms were last cleaned in 2019... Perhaps. Nasty water all over the floor 24/7 since there are no paper towels provided and the air dryers dont do anything. Equipment is grimy as hell, cleaning here seems to completely rely on the signs everywhere for people to wipe down after use. Always lots of equipment broken or needing repair. Super crowded at all times of the day. Garbage and bodily fluids everywhere.The good:Never once have I seen a gym actually address the lack of high traffic equipment like squat racks and barbell benches. A couple months after I joined, they randomly decided to add two more Olympic squat/DL racks (6 total now), and 2 more benches (5 total now). Its amazing. Never in a million years.. can actually sometimes get a decent workout in now without waiting for everything.All they need now is 3x the cleaning staff and 10x the cleaning frequency and its pretty golden!“
