“We have used Profe Fix twice now for our appliance repairs. Sobir, the owner is the one who comes out and does the work. Since he does all the work himself, he has no overhead and passes the savings to his customers. He is humble, honest, nice, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and informative. His quality of work is second to none. First time we used Profe Fix, we had an issue with our ice maker. He repaired it promptly and his price beat all other estimates I received, by a lot. Last week our microwave had an Error Code (see attached photo) I called Sobir on a Sunday. He answered and said he could come by Monday morning to repair. He arrived promptly at 9am. My wife works from home and was busy at the time. Sobir replaced the fuse and didn't even have to bother my wife. We Zelled him the payment and our microwave as fixed. If you want great personalized service (hard to find this today) from a guy who knows his appliances, is honest and won't rip you off or upsell you, can repair all appliances and beat everyone's price because he's the one doing the work and is the owner, call Sobir. Don't bother with the other companies. We will always call Sobir for any of our appliance needs. Call him. You'll be glad you did.“

“My walk-in freezer door wouldn't close because of ice accumulation. I called Air Max OC and they said that it was the frame heater that was bad. They ordered one, returned two days later, defrosted the ice, and installed the heater. Now my door shuts properly again“

“Walter is on time and works very hard .He came back with the additional part on JULY 4TH!!.Not sure why others have rated low...People may expect his truck to carry all parts for all models - which is not reasonable.Walter ordered a part for my Samsung dryer on Monday - it came in Tuesday and he offered to install it immediately.The part was just installed and we will be doing laundry today . We don't expect any problems but if there are - I trust that Walter will take care of it. A dryer is an appliance ...there are only so many parts that can go bad. So I do not recommend SAMSUNG FRONT LOAD WASHERS OR DRYERS...But I do recommend Walter and his repair company.Walter seems knowledgeable, capable, AND AVAILABLE !! What more could you ask for.I dont think $65 to diagnose the problem as an issue.Its certainly a BIG risk for him that collecting the $65 for the diagnosis that you would choose to watch the youtube video and finish the repair yourself.So if you want a reliable repair - call Walter.Its NOT FREE but I decided his price was ACCEPTABLE !! “Have only positive things to say about the staff. Super helpful and kind young ladies. I was mailing via FedEx. But had forgotten to complete a fingerprint on some docs. All the places nearby did not have a stamp. I called the Imperial Mail Box--they agreed to help without hesitation. And when I stamped the wrong hand they readily did so again. All of this in addition to letting us borrow their office computer (which they had been using themselves) to reprint the form for said fingerprint. They arrived with three levels in their hands to insure that the range sat perfectly next to the counter and all the tools necessary for a professional installation. They really care about the quality of work they do and couldn't be any nicer or more concerned that it was installed without a hitch and I was happy. Even cleaned it well upon completion. “I needed my sewing machine serviced. Not too many places available to fix the older machines. I'm happy that FV Vacuum and Repair was still around. While the shop looks like it could use a cleaning/updating, the service and customer support were top notch. The owner helped me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired my machine in a few days and at a reasonable price. If I have any other appliances that need some tuning, I would definitely come back.“
