“We tore out an old vanity with a single sink to put in a new one with two. We quickly realized we did not have the skill set to install the additional plumbing, and put out requests on Yelp. Roma responded quickly, came out to the house to see the project, and gave us a bid on the spot. He was substantially less expensive than other bid we got (which was not going to be done to code). Roma sent two guys out to do the job, and they were efficient and polite, and did beautiful work! We had already shiplapped and painted, and they managed to cut out the shiplap where they needed to run plumbing, then put it back when they were done. All this happened at the beginning of the year, when Felton was getting hammered by the winter rains. We had to postpone the project twice due to the power being out, and Roma was entirely flexible with rescheduling. We will definitely contact Roma for future projects! Highly recommend!!!“

“Called these guys to get a quote on new sink, disposal and plumbing install. Was able to work with them on a price within my budget and they were able to come out sooner than other folks I had called. Abraham was great to work with, positive attitude and answered all my questions. He did good work, but we did have to ask him to test the disposal before he left, only to find out it had been damaged and needed replacing. No big deal, was an easy reorder and swap for us, but he was great in letting us know the next steps. Also after he left, we found the new plumbing joints hadn't been tightened down all the way and we had major leakage until we hand tightened it down further. Overall, good work and would hire again if needed.“

Along the way he showed me ways to clean and maintain it, and even coached me through fixing my own dishwasher - which now works without rinsing! “Jason and his team did a great job! My only regret is I didn't call them first. We ran out of water, tanks dry. Another local well pump company came out quickly and diagnosed that the well pump was needed to be replaced. They ordered a new pump, but didn't get me a quote for the work to be done for 9 hours, delaying getting the pump ordered. That should have a warning sign. A full 6 days later they had the pump and came out to install it. Right away they had issues and couldn't pull the pump. After much stress, I was out of town on an emergency assignment, I did what I should have done in the first place and call Superior Pump. Jason came out the next morning, pulled the pump, called me with a cost and completed the job that day. Wow! Thank you Jason, I really appreciate it!“

For example, decayed or termite-damaged wood, old pipes; as well as installing insulation and reinforcing the foundation. Alberto was able to taking care of this for me. Alberto is also handling things like contractor licenses, worker's comp, and permits. He can clearly explain every detail, each steps, how long it will take, and how each part will be done. Most of the time, they take care of everything, so I don't need to go to the site in person. Every day after work, they also spend about half an hour cleaning up the site thoroughly.“
