“I can't speak to the other reviews because my experience has been stellar. We had an old broiler system for our radiant heat and hot water system. It failed and JT (the owner) showed up within two hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue but realized we needed a new system. It's 15 years old so I knew it was time and the company is out of business so parts were basically impossible to find. JT understood being without hot water for a couple of weeks would be a challenge. BUT some serious outside the box thinking came into play. There was another project they were removing the same broiler from and going to toss. He drove across town to that project and picked up the unit (that was going to be tossed) and brought over. He took the pieces from the other unit and get ours working until the new unit arrived. I mean come on! Most people would have just shrugged it off with an "it is what it is" type of comment but they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we weren't without hot water for more than half a day. We also had a flap unit that failed, so they replaced that. Shortly after that unit was making a horrible noise and they showed up to check it out. Although they could have stuck me with the bill because I think CalAM shut our water off causing that pump to fail they just handled it. As far as pricing, I called around for another bid on my broiler and they were literally 5k less than anyone else.“
