Excellent job by Jason! Made it out to my house in a few hours, had the needed replacement parts in his truck, and had me back and running in no time. Nobody likes to have unexpected expenditures for such items as a bad water pump and pressure tank, but working with pros like Jason made the medicine go down just a little easier.

This company is top notch! Fast response and immediate service with incredible knowledge and super friendliness equals my highest possible recommendation. Reasonable prices are the icing on the cake. Use this company and I guarantee you will be delighted just like us. Our pressure tank bladder on our water well system blew out and Jason, bless his ever loving heart, came out to investigate, diagnosed the problem, patched it together temporarily until he could order the needed part, and then came back out and installed the new tank all within a few days. The huge water holding tank in our backyard in Scotts Valley started leaking water at the valve, and we called Superior Pump to come take a look. But then we accidentally broke off the valve when we were trying to adjust it to take a clearer picture. Water started gushing out unless we pressed something firmly against the hole in the tank. We did not have much experience with this type of things, and had to figure out step by step how to shut off the pumps. Jason from Superior Pump was super patient, and helped answer all our questions over phone calls and text messages when he was finishing up another job before coming to our house.
