“I've been going to Laurel Cleaners for a few years, mostly for tailoring but also dry cleaning on occasion. They always do a wonderful job, especially on original hem for jeans. Today, though, I became a customer for life! The zipper on my daughter's Halloween costume broke while trying it on at 4pm on October 30. I panicked, and rushed it over to this shop. She took a look and told me she could fix the zipper before noon the next day! After being in panic mode, the service and accommodation was priceless for this mama... and she still only charged me $10 for the emergency fix. I can't say enough about how happy I am I knew to bring it here!! They are amazing.“

“This was my first experience with Menlo Art Cleaners. I hope this experience continues. My previous dry cleaner closed its business (for good). At the suggestion of an acquaintance, I tried Menlo Art Cleaners to have a very nice, poly-filled winter coat (for very cold weather) dry cleaned. It came back looking wonderful -- I hadn't had it cleaned in a long time, tho' I don't wear it a lot. The price was exceptional, probably less than I would have paid at my previous cleaners.The timing was roughly a week. I was in no hurry, but my first experience will, hopefully, make me a repeat customer.“

“I brought in my three suits as well as my son's suit (and shirt) to get dry cleaned. The owner was very professional. For some reason I forgot one of the slacks of my suit. I came the next day and dropped it off. She says she will make sure it will be finished on the same date as my original drop off.I came a few hours ahead of the time. This was clearly my mistake. She told me to give her 5-10 minutes and she will have it ready. Within a few minutes she had it all ready.Regarding my suits. One had a stain on the sleeve....GONE! The other needing pressing...LIKE NEW!Anyone needing a cleaners that do a great job and great customer service...Please try ABC Cleaners.“

“They are so friendly and the best price I found! I had purchased a long, unlined overcoat from old navy ($38), and wanted 8” off the length. I got quotes off yelp ranging $45-60, which I was willing to pay but fortunately took one last chance at J’s tailoring. I walked in with my coat and when they quoted me $40, I was elated. They had it ready in one week and I’m super happy with the alteration and service.“

“This was one of my favorite experiences, not because it was proximite. Not because they did the best job of any cleaner I've ever known, and I live in Tiburon and still opted to come down here when I would work from my Peninsula office. It was that good.But the 5 stars was for Jeff. I wanted to leave this here before a new owner comes in. Jeff always had a smile, always remembered your name, asked questions about life, and over the last 20 years became a good friend, a constant before, during, and after the pandemic, and I only wish I could have said goodbye. Taken from us far too young, a major life experience for me, and a major source of joy, will be leaving with Jeff, and if any of his family or friends were to research him, in this time of grieving, I wanted this out there that he was a major impact on our community, a shining light of friendly and kind spirit, and a wonderful business owner that added so much to our little San Mateo. “Been long overdue to bring a coat to be dry cleaned. I've walked/driven by this spot many times and decided to give it a try. The man working there is quiet and a man of a few words (also I don't think he speaks much English), but he is super nice. The turn around time for me to pick up my coat was fine, price was reasonable and they did a great job. Glad to have stumbled upon this place for my dry cleaning needs.
