He was immediately responsive to set a diagnostic appointment and communicated thoughtfully throughout the experience. (FYI two of the companies I called that day NEVER bothered to call back!) I particularly appreciated his attention to my explanations of our trouble-shooting and error-code info which expedited his getting to the core problem - a bad gas valve. Once the replacement part was in hand he was there to install it within 24-hours and the unit has been functioning well ever since.
